About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant with strong experience in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
  • Handle finalization of accounts and preparation of annual financial statements.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and prepare periodic financial reports.
  • Manage developer inventory and cost control processes.
  • Monitor and control marketing expense management.
  • Ensure compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in Tally ERP and Zoho Books/Zoho CRM.
  • Support audits by providing required financial data and reports.
  • Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of accounting experience (mandatory).
  • Background in the Real Estate industry (mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience with Tally ERP and Zoho (accounting/CRM).
  • Strong knowledge of AML compliance, developer inventory management, and cost control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, reporting, and analysis).
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
