Accounting & Book keeping:
- Full-cycle expense data and supplier payment entries into PACT
- Maintain accurate Accounts Payable records and conduct supplier reconciliations
- Perform bank, credit card, and petty cash reconciliations
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain the general ledger, trial balance, and financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Assist with month-end close and yearly audits
- Ensure financial records comply with regulations and internal policies
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Process AP & AR transactions with timely payments and collections
- Prepare aging reports, coordinate collections, and confirm accuracy of received payments
Tax & Compliance:
- Prepare accurate tax filings and manage documentation
- Stay updated on tax laws and compliance obligations
Ad Hoc & Administrative:
- Handle miscellaneous tasks assigned by the Head of Finance
- Assist in preparation of service invoices, payment confirmations, client/vendor reconciliations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting (preferably in construction or contracting)
- Knowledge of PACT ERP
- Strong in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications: ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or CPA
- Audit experience and ability to analyze audit reports
- Experience with project based accounting
- Knowledge of UAE tax laws, filing, and reporting
