Full job description

We are a Real Estate co leasing of residential and commercial properties. We are looking for Accountant and Senior Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

preferred male Philippine

- Recording bank receipts and refunds on timely basis for the unit sales and rentals

- Maintaining up to date financial records of sold and rented properties

- Maintaining and monitoring cash flow projections for the unit receivables

- Monitor and follow up receivables of instalments, rentals etc. Highlighting the defaulters for follow up or legal actions, as applicable.

- Coordinating with CRM team and Real Estate Agents

- Updating changes in Real Estate SPAs and rental agreements

- All Documentation aspects of the above areas of responsibility

- Other Accounting Duties & responsibilities as may be delegated from time to time

Requirements:

- Real Estate Accounting Experience of at least 1 year is required

- Total Accounting Experience of at least 3 years is required

- Ms Excel proficiency

- At least Bachelor's degree

- Possess a can-do attitude

- Hard working and detail oriented
