Salary: AED 4,500 per month

Realtor Nine Real Estate LLC is a fast-growing and dynamic real estate company in Dubai. We are committed to delivering excellence in property management, sales, and client services. To support our expanding operations, we are seeking a dedicated Accountant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
• Prepare and review daily, monthly, and annual financial reports.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and other financial requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors and management for timely reporting.
• Provide support in payroll preparation and expense tracking.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accountant in the UAE real estate sector.
• UAE experience must.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho books, or similar).
• Familiarity with UAE VAT laws and compliance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
