Accountant

Al Wukayr, Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes.
  • Process payroll and maintain accurate employee financial records.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and other external parties as required.
  • Support management with financial analysis and decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accountant (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP systems) and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail with high accuracy.
  • Good communication skills in English.
