Accountant

• Maintain day-to-day financial records including income, expenses, and bank transactions.
• Manage patient billing and receipts, including follow-up on dues.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain up-to-date stock records of medicines, consumables, and medical supplies.
• Receive, verify, and record incoming stock from vendors.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder when necessary to avoid shortages.
• Check for expiry dates and manage removal of expired items.
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and safety of stock items.
