Inventory

• Manage vendor payments and customer collections.
• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor ledgers, and customer accounts.
• Record all inventory transactions (purchases, issues, transfers, and adjustments).
• Maintain stock ledger and reconcile with physical stock.
• Prepare monthly inventory MIS reports (stock summary, valuation, shortages, wastages).
• Assist management in understanding inventory trends and cost implications.
• Support audit requirements related to stock.
• Reconcile physical stock with books of accounts.
• Coordinate with stores/warehouse teams for stock verification.
• Resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis.
• Manage vendor payments and ensure timely disbursement as per company policy.
• Prepare and file TDS returns.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
