Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant who will take full responsibility for day-to-day bookkeeping and financial reporting for multiple entities. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full bookkeeping process for several entities: accurately record all transactions in the correct ledger accounts and maintain proper supporting documentation.
  
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports according to established procedures.
  
• Maintain up-to-date accounts payable and receivable and ensure all balance sheet accounts are accurate.
  
• Perform regular reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies before issuing reports.
  
• Support VAT and Corporate Income Tax (CIT) filings and ensure compliance with all deadlines.
  
• Communicate directly with stakeholders to obtain necessary documentation, provide guidance, and deliver proactive financial insights.
  
• Ensure compliance with VAT, CIT, labor laws, and other regulatory requirements.
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience (experience in the UAE is a plus).
  
• Solid knowledge of VAT and CIT regulations.
  
• Hands-on experience with accounting software such as MS Dynamics, QuickBooks, or Zoho.
  
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  
• Excellent Excel skills and confidence using digital accounting systems.
  
• Well-organized, able to manage multiple deadlines, and a strong communicator.
  
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and a collaborative mindset.
