Key Responsibilities

• Handle admission inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins with professionalism and warmth.
• Provide detailed information about the school’s curriculum, facilities, policies, and admission process.
• Guide parents through the enrolment journey — from initial inquiry to final admission.
• Maintain and update the admissions database accurately.
• Coordinate with the school leadership and marketing team for admission events, school tours, and open houses.
• Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
• Build lasting relationships with parents through personalized engagement and follow-ups.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
• Prior experience in school admissions, counselling, or front-office management (preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and digital communication tools.
• Positive attitude, integrity, and a genuine love for working with families and children.
