About the Role:

Toms TVS, Chavakkad is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to manage our financial records and daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent knowledge of accounting principles, and hands-on experience with accounting software and Tally.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting activities, including journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations

Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports

Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards

Work closely with management to analyze financial data and support decision-making

Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all financial transactions

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles

Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel and other accounting softwears

Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and financial management

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
