Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing GST-related documentation, preparing quotations, maintaining records, and assisting with customer coordination and sales activities
Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and record GST purchase and sales invoices accurately.
  • Prepare quotations and maintain maintenance and service records.
  • Track and update customer payments and follow up regularly for outstanding dues.
  • Manage WhatsApp broadcasts and basic customer communication for service updates.
  • Support sales team with cold calling and basic lead follow-ups when required.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting and administrative records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline billing and collection processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred. (Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply.)
  • Working knowledge of Tally / Excel / GST filing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Schedule:

Day shift | Monday to Saturday
