Role & Key Tasks

• End-to-end bookkeeping; ledgers, journals, trial balance
• Project accounting (site-wise cost tracking, petty cash.
• RA Bills/vendor/subcontractor billing & reconciliation
• GST/TDS compliance: returns, 2A/2B, challans, audits
• Bank reconciliations, payments, fund-flow; manage advances/retention
• Vendor ledgers, GRN/Measurement Sheet verification, payables/receivables
• Monthly MIS: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, variance analysis

Must Have

• Tally Prime (mandatory) and strong MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Solid knowledge of GST/TDS (194C/194J), PF/ESI basics
• Prior experience in construction/contracting finance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
