Job Summary:

The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring accuracy in accounting transactions, and maintaining compliance with statutory and organizational policies. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, tax filings, and supporting audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts (Journal, Ledger, Trial Balance, P&L, and Balance Sheet).
  • Record daily financial transactions including payments, receipts, and journal entries.
  • Prepare and verify bank reconciliations and vendor/customer account statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
  • Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices and vouchers.
  • Assist management with financial analysis and decision-making data.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
