Accountant

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at Maxesfit Skincare & Cosmetic.

The ideal candidate will manage daily accounting operations, ensure compliance with UAE financial

regulations, and provide accurate reporting to support business decisions. Familiarity with Odoo

accounting software is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage full-cycle accounting including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.

✔ Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

✔ Oversee bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and cash flow management.

✔ Handle VAT filing, compliance, and submissions as per UAE law.

✔ Maintain and reconcile inventory records with accounting system.

✔ Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.

✔ Collaborate with external auditors and ensure accuracy of financial reporting.

Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

✔ At least 1 year of accounting experience in the UAE.

✔ Knowledge of VAT regulations in UAE.

✔ Familiarity with Odoo accounting software (preferred).

✔ Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.

✔ Proficiency in English.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
