Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate accounting records including ledgers, journals, and financial reports.
  • Handle complete accounts up to finalization — including trial balance, P&L, and balance sheet preparation.
  • Prepare and review invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely settlements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and supplier/customer accounts.
  • Prepare VAT returns, payroll reports, and assist in external audits.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Coordinate with management and external auditors regarding financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and internal company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of UAE accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge in finalization of accounts is a must.
  • Proficient in Tally
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
  • Good understanding of UAE VAT and audit requirements.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
