Job Opening – Accountant (Tally & Excel)

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant with strong knowledge of Tally and Excel to manage day-to-day accounting tasks. The candidate should be well-versed in basic accounting principles, data entry, and financial record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and maintain accurate accounting records in Tally ERP.

Prepare and update reports in MS Excel.

Handle day-to-day accounting functions including vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payments.

Assist in account reconciliations.

Requirements:

1–3 years of accounting experience (Tally & Excel).

Basic knowledge of bookkeeping & reconciliations.

Additional Clauses:

Probation Period: 3 months.

Leave Policy: Long leaves to visit India will be allotted only after completion of 1 year.

Visa & Flight Expenses: The company will bear the cost of flight and visa only if the employee completes 1 year tenure. Otherwise, 80% of the expense will be recovered from the employee.

To ensure this, 30% of the monthly salary will be retained for the first 6 months as a security deposit. This amount will be released to the employee after successful completion of 1 year tenure.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
