Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with 4 years of experience to manage financial records, perform audits, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations. The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with accounting software, and a strong understanding of taxation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Handle GST, TDS, and other tax compliance filings
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flows
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Support internal and external audits
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in accordance with company policies and accounting standards
• Coordinate with vendors, banks, and other stakeholders for financial matters
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounting operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter or equivalent preferred)
• Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience with GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and time management abilities
