Job Summary:

The Hotel Accountant is responsible for keeping track of all the hotel’s financial activities. This includes handling payments, preparing reports, checking expenses, and making sure all financial records are accurate and up to date.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Record all daily income and expenses of the hotel.
  • Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports.
  • Check and pay supplier invoices on time.
  • Handle guest bills, refunds, and follow up on pending payments.
  • Help in preparing the hotel’s budget and monitor spending.
  • Make sure all accounting records are correct and properly filed.
  • Prepare payroll and keep employee payment records.
  • Work with auditors and ensure all tax and legal requirements are followed.
  • Give management regular financial updates and suggestions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
