Job Title: Accountant

Location: Bardhaman, West Bengal
Salary: ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the company’s financial transactions and ensure compliance with taxation and statutory regulations. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of taxation, PF, and ESI along with general accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accuracy in financial data.
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
• Handle PF and ESI registrations, contributions, and monthly filings.
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
• Manage payroll and ensure statutory deductions are correctly processed.
• Assist in audits and coordinate with external auditors as required.
• Maintain all supporting documents and records as per audit requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
• Strong knowledge of Tally / Excel / Accounting software.
• Good understanding of PF, ESI, GST, and Income Tax rules.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
