About Us

Al Qasas Trading LLC is a UAE-based trading company engaged in the supply of insulation materials, cladding, and related industrial products. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage basic accounting documentation and VAT-related records from India (Kerala).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain proper documentation for accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and organize VAT filing documents and related reports.
• Record and track invoices, payments, and receipts accurately.
• Coordinate with our UAE accounts team for reconciliations and updates.
• Ensure proper storage and digital backup of all financial documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of VAT filing and accounting practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and digital documentation.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Work Schedule

• Flexible working hours (Remote / Work from Home).
• Light workload — mainly documentation and coordination with UAE office.

Compensation

• Competitive monthly salary based on experience and workload.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
