About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to manage the day-to-day accounting operations of our hospitality business.The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Tally and Excel, and the ability to handle multiple financial tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily invoicing and record all transactions accurately.
• Handle petty cash, including disbursement, reconciliation, and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain daily sales trackers and revenue summaries.
• Generate financial reports such as Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet.
• Maintain and update records in Tally ERP and Excel spreadsheets.
• Ensure compliance with taxation laws (GST, TDS, etc.) and assist in return filings.
• Communicate with clients over email for billing, clarifications, and outstanding payment follow-ups.
• Support the management team with monthly and quarterly financial reviews.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and banks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience (hospitality industry preferred).
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data reports).
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and income tax compliance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Salary:

₹15,000 per month (depending on experience)
