Accountant

Job responsibilities for Accountant

• Thorough knowledge of accounting policy and procedures
• Manage the daily activities of accounts and financial transactions.
• Perform invoicing and job closing activities
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, petty cash, VAT, etc.
• Knowledge in Freight Forwarding and Shipping operational activities and costing.
• Manage monthly and annual accounts finalization and MIS report preparation.
• Experience in internal and external audits to ensure compliance
• Advanced MS Excel skills including V-lookups and pivot tables etc.
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like SAP B1.
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Age – Below 40

Minimum Qualification: B. Com/M. Com

Experience: 3 Years working experience with Shipping and Freight Forwarding companies in UAE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
