Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the financial operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in GST compliance, TDS, and income tax filing, along with experience in handling day-to-day accounting in a clinic, or healthcare setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of patient billing, vendor payments, and daily cash collections.
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) in a timely manner.
• Manage TDS deductions, challans, and filing of returns (24Q, 26Q).
• Handle income tax filing for the organization and assist with tax planning.
• Reconcile patient accounts, TPA claims.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, balance sheets and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, healthcare billing rules, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and file income tax returns for the organization and support tax assessments.
• Manage Form 16 preparation and distribution to employees annually.

Required Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent degree.
• Minimum 1 year to 3 years of accounting experience in the healthcare or hospital sector.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, and MS Excel.
• Thorough understanding of GST, TDS, income tax laws, and Form 16 generation.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
