Accountant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes accurately and timely.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and tax requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Maintain and update financial records in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, etc.).
• Support payroll processing and expense reimbursements as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
• Knowledge of payroll management and statutory compliances.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,833.10 per month
