Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and assist in preparing monthly financial statements.
- Support with accounts payable and receivable, petty cash management, and expense tracking.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments for payment follow-ups and documentation.
- Assist in preparing VAT filings, payroll summaries, and audit documentation as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE accounting standards.
- Provide administrative and financial support to management as needed.
