Job Title: Accountant/Financial Controller

Job Location: Raasi Technologies Pvt Ltd #581/A, Level 1, 20th Main 8th Block Koramangala Bangalore-560095

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced in accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage financial statement preparation and analysis

- Lead accounts payable, receivable, and treasury functions

- Conduct financial modeling and forecasting

- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, GAAP, and statutory requirements

- Manage audit and tax filings

- Drive process improvements and implement accounting policies

- Mentor and guide junior accountants

- Manage budget planning and variance analysis

- Ensure fixed asset management and depreciation

- Coordinate with auditors and tax authorities

- Prepare management reports and dashboards

- Identify and mitigate financial risks

- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., FP&A, Procurement)

Requirements:

- CA/ICWA/CS with 3+ years of experience

- Proven track record in financial reporting and compliance

- Strong analytical and leadership skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP) and Excel

- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting

- Strong understanding of Indian tax laws and regulations

- Experience managing a team or supervising staff

Preferred:

- MBA or equivalent degree

- Experience in a similar industry

- Proficiency in multiple languages

- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
