Breeze Travels & Tours is a growing travel agency providing services in ticketing, Umrah, visa assistance, tour packages, and travel consultancy. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial operations and support daily business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily cash flow, sales records, and expense sheets.
- Prepare and manage financial statements, ledgers, and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Handle invoices, receipts, and vendor payments.
- Maintain accurate records of ticketing sales, Umrah bookings, and service transactions.
- Assist in payroll preparation.
- Ensure timely filing and documentation as per company guidelines.
- Coordinate with management for monthly financial reviews.
- Ensure transparency and accuracy in all accounting procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience (experience in a travel agency is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
