Job description:Accounts Payable & Receivable

Bank Reconciliation

General Ledger Management

Financial Reporting

Internal Controls and Audits

Data Management and Record Keeping
Tax Compliance:

1. Support the preparation and filing of tax returns (e.g. GST, corporate tax, TDS).

2. Ensure that the company complies with all tax regulations and filing deadlines.

Payroll processing (if applicable):

1. Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll, ensuring accuracy in calculations of salaries, bonuses, and deductions.

2. Ensure timely submission of payroll taxes(PF & PT) and other statutory contributions (ESIC).

3. Assist with the preparation for internal and external audits.

4. Help implement and monitor internal controls to ensure financial integrity and reduce the risk of errors or fraud.

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and files.

6. Ensure the secure storage of financial data, including invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.

Other Responsibilities:

1. Assist senior accounting staff with ad-hoc financial tasks and reporting requirements.

2. Provide support for budgeting and forecasting activities.

3. Communicate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure timely reporting

Qualifications: -

  • Minimum 2 year of working experience in Accounts.
  • Comfortable with the Noida location.
  • Need B.COM graduate candidates & should have hands-on Accounts Experience.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
