Job Description:
- Manage full set of accounts independently, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliation, month-end and year-end closing.
- Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documents as assigned.
- Support internal accounting processes such as budgeting, expense tracking, and internal control procedures.
- Assist in external accounting functions including bookkeeping and preparation of accounting records for client entities (non-client-facing).
- Conduct basic tax computations, GST submissions as instructed.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments from management to support overall business operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in accounting, with proven experience in handling full set of accounts.
- Experience in accounting firms or managing multiple entities is preferred.
- Experience in Singapore accounting standards and GST submission is a strong added advantage.
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or professional qualification (ACCA, CA, etc.).
- Fluent in English (both written and oral) to communicate with internal teams.
- Proficient in accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
