We are looking for a reliable and experienced Accountant who can independently manage accounts, handle administrative tasks, coordinate lab activities, and oversee basic supervisory responsibilities within the company.
The ideal candidate should be organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple roles efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting
- Maintain day-to-day accounts (purchase, sales, expenses, journal entries).
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Reconciliation of bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and stock statements.
- Manage billing, invoicing, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
Lab Coordination
- Maintain lab records, testing logs, and sample registers.
- Coordinate with production and QC teams regarding test results and sample approvals.
- Ensure proper documentation of all lab activities.
Administrative Tasks
- Manage office records, documentation, and filing.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal departments.
- Handle purchase orders, GRN, inward & outward entries.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in material planning.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Oversee support staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Monitor attendance, work allocation, and workflow.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Experience with Tally / ERP software.
- Good Excel and documentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage admin + lab coordination.
- Good communication and leadership abilities.
Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / Any relevant accounting qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting and office administration.
- Experience in a manufacturing company will be an added advantage.
