Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Management:
  • Maintain accurate financial records and statements.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expenses.
  • Financial Reporting:
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Support in budget preparation and forecasting.
  • Taxation and Compliance:
  • Assist in the preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory records & sent to CA.
  • Ensure timely payment of taxes and statutory dues.
  • Audit Support:
  • Prepare documentation and support external and internal audits.
  • Assist in implementing audit recommendations.
  • Coordination:
  • Coordinate with other departments for financial data and reporting.
  • Support the Senior Manager in financial analysis and reporting tasks.

Qualifications:

  • MBA or bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP).
  • Good on Excel, Good hands-on using Tally software.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
