Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Management:
- Maintain accurate financial records and statements.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses.
- Financial Reporting:
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Support in budget preparation and forecasting.
- Taxation and Compliance:
- Assist in the preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory records & sent to CA.
- Ensure timely payment of taxes and statutory dues.
- Audit Support:
- Prepare documentation and support external and internal audits.
- Assist in implementing audit recommendations.
- Coordination:
- Coordinate with other departments for financial data and reporting.
- Support the Senior Manager in financial analysis and reporting tasks.
Qualifications:
- MBA or bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP).
- Good on Excel, Good hands-on using Tally software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
