About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with strong knowledge of TDS, GST, MIS reporting, and day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing accounting operations and supporting financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP system.
• Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Reconciliation).
• Manage TDS calculations, payments, and returns.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and monthly analysis.
• Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
• Perform vendor and customer reconciliation.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Maintain proper records of invoices, expenses, and payments.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting roles.
• Strong working knowledge of TDS, GST, and statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting tools.
• Good understanding of reconciliation and reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector (added advantage).
• Knowledge of advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Working Conditions

• Location: Ambad MIDC, Nashik

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
