About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to independently manage the entire accounting operations of a fast growing hospitality brand. The role requires strong accounting fundamentals, leadership in managing a small team, and hands-on experience with financial reporting, compliance, and audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and journals).
• Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and MIS reports.
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable/payable and vendor reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and management for financial reviews.
• Supervise junior accountants and ensure timely data entry and reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial data.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Tally Prime / ERP and Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, MIS templates).
• Strong working knowledge of GST filing, TDS returns, and statutory audits.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication & leadership skills.

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
• 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience (hospitality/retail preferred).
