Job Title: Accountant
Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai (Preference for candidates residing nearby)
CTC: Up to ₹3 LPA
Position: Accountant
Job Profile: Accountant (Tally ERP 9)

Experience Required

• Hands-on experience in Tally ERP 9
• B.Com graduates with Tally ERP 9 experience can also apply

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain daily accounting transactions in Tally ERP 9
• Create and manage sales, purchase, payment, receipt, journal, and contra vouchers
• Maintain ledgers, cash book, and day-to-day accounts
• Perform Bank Reconciliation and update cash/bank records
• Manage debtor and creditor statements
• Handle invoice preparation, filing, and documentation
• Generate routine accounting reports from Tally
• Assist senior accountant with monthly closing activities

Skills Required

• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP 9
• Understanding of basic accounting principles
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Accuracy in data entry and record maintenance
• Ability to organize and maintain accounts systematically

Work Timings

• Regular Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Flexibility: Ability to extend when required (overtime applicable)
