We are expanding our team and looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Admin Assistant to support our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and payment follow-ups.
- Prepare expense reports, financial summaries, and reconciliations.
- Assist in budget preparation and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Coordinate with the finance team for monthly closing and audit requirements.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Manage office documentation, filing systems, and correspondence.
- Handle calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination.
- Support HR and recruitment processes (scheduling interviews, documentation).
- Prepare letters, memos, and presentations as required.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and maintain confidentiality of information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounts and administrative roles (preferred in education/training industry).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of basic VAT compliance (preferred).
