Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily financial operations at our Offshore Training Institute. The role includes invoicing, payment tracking, bank reconciliation, vendor management, and supporting training-related financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable and daily cash flow
  • Perform bank reconciliation and maintain financial records
  • Coordinate with training team for fee quotations and candidate billing
  • Process payroll, vendor bills, and documentation for audits

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce
  • 1–3 years of accounting experience
  • Knowledge of accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks)
  • Strong Excel and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
