About the Role

Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant / Account Executive to join our team. The role involves managing financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and overseeing dealership-specific accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience in the automotive dealership sector—particularly with commercial and heavy commercial vehicle brands like Force, Mahindra, or similar—to contribute to a growing and dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

· ✔ Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

· ✔ Manage GST compliance – filings, returns, and payments.

· ✔ Oversee direct & indirect expenses, vendor payments, and invoicing.

· ✔ Ensure timely and accurate TDS filings.

· ✔ Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and reconciliations.

· ✔ Handle banking operations (deposits, withdrawals, RTGS/NEFT, cheque clearances, bank reconciliations).

· ✔ Manage payroll processing including statutory deductions and disbursements.

· ✔ Ensure ESI & PF compliance with proper documentation and submissions.

· ✔ Maintain dealership-specific ledgers (e.g., Force LLP accounts).

· ✔ Liaise with parent companies for account coordination.

· ✔ Support finance-related administrative and operational tasks.

· ✔ Collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, and external agencies.

What We’re Looking For

· • Strong knowledge of GST laws, TDS, and statutory compliances.

· • Hands-on experience with Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.

· • Solid expertise in payroll management and banking operations.

· • Prior background in automotive dealership accounts with parent company liaisoning (Force, Mahindra, etc.).

· • Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.

· • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

· B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent in Accounting/Finance.

· CA (Inter) / CMA preferred.

· Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in automotive dealership operations.
