Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping
- Support in maintaining and updating records in SAP
- Help in preparation and filing of GST returns and assist in TDS deductions and filings
- Assist in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Help reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records
- Provide support during audit processes and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
- Assist in generating financial reports and support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Handle day-to-day petty cash entries
- Exposure to ERP SAP / Zoho / Odoo is preferred
- Assist in ledger maintenance with all books of accounts
- Support in GST and payroll processing
- Ensure proper filing of all financial documents
- Proficient in MS Excel and willing to learn financial reporting tools
- Strong willingness to learn with good analytical and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and team coordination abilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field
- 0 to 1 year of experience or internship in accounting roles
- Basic knowledge of SAP ERP, GST, and TDS
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, SAP, QuickBooks) is an added advantage
