Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore

Office Timing: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Salary: Rs. 60,000 – 80,000 (based on experience)

Landlord Certificate London is a UK-based property compliance company providing safety and inspection services, including EICR, Gas Safety Certificates, EPC, Fire Risk Assessments, and Boiler Services. Our Lahore office supports operations, customer management, and financial activities for our UK team.

Job Overview

We are looking for an Accountant to manage our financial operations and reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing daily accounting functions, and preparing detailed reports to support our UK operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly salaries for all staff.
• Maintain engineer job records, including paid and unpaid balances.
• Confirm payments and communicate with engineers regarding their dues and settlements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Reconcile accounts, monitor transactions, and maintain ledgers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
