Job Title: Accountant

Location: Slick Custom Auto LLC, Al Quoz 3, Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Gender: Female (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of accounting and financial duties, including:

• Bookkeeping & General Ledger: Managing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and journal entries.
• Financial Reporting: Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Bank Reconciliation: Performing regular reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards.
• Inventory Management: Working closely with the operations team to maintain accurate inventory records for parts and supplies.
• Payroll Processing: Managing the monthly payroll for all employees.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all local UAE financial regulations, VAT (Value Added Tax) laws, and company policies.
• Auditing Support: Assisting with internal and external audits as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• System Proficiency: Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or a similar ERP system) and MS Excel (advanced level preferred).
• Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of UAE VAT regulations.
• Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
