We’re hiring an Accountant to support smooth campus operations and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk, calls, and visitor inquiries
• Assist with admissions, student records & parent communication
• Handle scheduling, office supplies, and meetings
• Maintain financial records: invoicing, expenses, and reporting
• Assist in payroll, budgeting, and audit preparation
• Ensure data confidentiality and policy compliance
• Campus related procurement (not regularly)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Relevant admin/accounting experience (school experience preferred)
• Proficient in MS Office & accounting software
• Strong organization, communication & multitasking skills
• Integrity and attention to detail
