Position Overview
We are seeking a smart and energetic lady staff to join our team as a Hospital Accountant cum Administrator. The ideal candidate will oversee administrative operations, manage day-to-day activities, and handle basic accounting responsibilities. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and management skills to ensure smooth hospital functioning and an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Duties:
- Supervise daily hospital operations and ensure all activities run smoothly.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and patient records.
- Coordinate with medical and non-medical staff for efficient functioning.
- Accounting and Financial Tasks:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including income, expenses, and invoices.
- Prepare basic financial reports and manage budgets.
- Handle billing, payments, and other transactions.
- Customer Service and Communication:
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Team Management:
- Lead and motivate the support staff to maintain high standards of service.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Prior experience in administration or accounting will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in accounting software Tally ERP and MS Office .
