We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our daily financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth accounting processes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and the ability to handle tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
• Handle accounts payable & receivable.
• Maintain ledgers, invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and track cash flow.
• Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESI filings and other statutory compliance.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS statements, and summaries.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
• Assist in payroll processing if required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Commerce / Accounting (B.Com/M.Com).
• 1–3 years of experience (freshers with knowledge can also apply).
• Good knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks.
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
