Accountant

Muse Outfitters is a fast-growing women’s fashion brand with a strong online presence and a large community of customers who love our designs. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage our financial operations and ensure smooth day-to-day accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally.
• Record and reconcile all financial transactions.
• Tally supplier payments and reconcile vendor accounts.
• Manage staff salaries, reimbursements, and other payments on time.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and assist with audits.
• Monitor cash flow, outstanding payments, and expense control.
• Coordinate with management for financial planning and compliance.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP and general accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience in handling accounts payable/receivable, salary processing, and bank reconciliations.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (fashion/e-commerce industry preferred but not mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
