Accountant

Experience:

5–6 years of professional experience in accounting and financial management.

Education:

• CA / CA (Inter) – Preferred
• B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance)

Industry Preference:

Candidates with prior experience in the legal services industry and/or law firms will be given preference.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping & Accounting
• Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, ledger posting, bank reconciliation, and cash flow tracking.
• Compliance
• Supervision of compliances including Tax (GST, TDS, and other statutory tax returns), regulatory, and internal compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors for external audits.
• Financial Reporting & Management
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Present financial reports to management with insights for decision-making.

Skills & Software Requirements:

• Experience in Tally ERP.
• Experience in deploying new billing, timekeeping, and financial reporting software
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation rules, and compliance frameworks.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
