Job Title: Accountant (Female, Spouse Visa Preferred)

About Us

We are a small but growing manufacturing company based in Ajman, UAE, specializing in packaging materials. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable handling all aspects of day-to-day accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping of company accounts
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Manage payment collections and follow-up with customers when required
• Prepare financial statements and management reports
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Evaluate and ensure compliance with VAT and UAE Corporate Tax requirements
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders as needed
• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation

Requirements

• Female candidates on Spouse Visa living in Ajman are preferred
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping (manufacturing experience is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of VAT and UAE Corporate Tax rules
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Odoo experience is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
