We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage payment processing, oversee bank account transactions, and perform reconciliation of payments and refunds. The ideal candidate must have strong financial skills, accuracy in record-keeping, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor payment processing through company bank accounts.
  • Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Track, verify, and reconcile payments and refunds from clients/partners.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and update transaction logs.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies in payments or refunds.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and support audits when required.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of accounting experience (experience in service-based companies is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, payment workflows, and reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
