Accountant

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 2–5 Years

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensure statutory compliance, and support management with accurate financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting operations, taxation (GST), and financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable local, state, and federal accounting & financial regulations.

Compile, analyze, and interpret financial data to support business decisions.

Prepare and maintain periodic financial reports, including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and MIS reports.

Present financial data and insights to management and other stakeholders as required.

Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure proper documentation.

Conduct internal audits, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.

Handle tax computation and compliance, including GST filing and related activities.

Stay updated with changes in finance, accounting laws, and taxation regulations.

Assist management by preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.

Manage petty cash, including recording, reconciliation, and reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.

Professional certifications or additional qualifications will be an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, and taxation.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
