Cloudhouse Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing IT services company delivering innovative software and cloud-based solutions. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our finance operations and help maintain financial accuracy as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, billing, and voucher preparation.
• Maintain records of accounts payable and receivable.
• Support monthly and yearly financial closings.
• Help prepare basic financial statements and reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Assist in filing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Manage petty cash and employee reimbursement records.
• Coordinate with internal departments for invoice and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain accounting documents and records in an organized manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent degree in Finance/Accounting.
• 1 year of accounting experience (job).
• Familiarity with Tally, Zoho Books, or any other accounting software.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in an IT company or startup environment.
• Basic knowledge of payroll, PF, and ESI processes.
