- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Process salaries, WPS payments, and staff reimbursements
- Manage petty cash and daily cash transactions
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Issue invoices to clients and follow up for collections
- Ensure timely payment of suppliers and vendors
- Assist in VAT filing and compliance as per UAE laws
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities
- Track expenses and control budgets
- Maintain employee records related to payroll and deductions
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in accounting
- Knowledge of UAE accounting practices, VAT, and WPS
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, etc.)
- Good understanding of financial controls and compliance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
